The user is also solely responsible for the copyright, user licenses, intellectual property rights or any other rights related to the use of the content submitted through the SELLCARBUYCAR.COM platform (in particular, the photographs made available). whereby the submitted photographs contain in the foreground individuals, as such photographs containing the image of the individuals in question could thus lead to the identification of those individuals.
Likewise, SELLCARBUYCAR.COM does not recommend users to upload photos of motor vehicles containing their entire or partial registration number. The user expressly acknowledges that by accepting these terms and conditions he/she assumes full responsibility (without the possibility of holding SELLCARBUYCAR.COM liable in this case) for providing photographs containing visual elements (for example, but not limited to, vehicle registration number, vehicle identification number (VIN), close-up images of individuals, including the image of the user) which may reasonably lead to the identification of the individuals concerned.

In case of suspension of an advertisement, the user will be informed in writing by email about the reason for the suspension and will have a period of 72 hours to remediate this issue and to republish the corrected advertisement at no additional cost to such end.
